Dr. Edward Gonzalez is the Director of the General Development Office in USAID Macedonia. He is a political scientist and has worked with USAID since 2009. Prior to Macedonia, Dr.Gonzalez served as USAID's Democracy and Governance Officer in Pakistan, Guatemala, and Afghanistan. He has particularly expertise and interest in local governance, empowerment of women and youth, community-led development, private-sector engagement and improved monitoring and evaluation methods. We are pleased to inform you about a new workshop we have coming up March 27 and 28. "From Hobby to Business" is a workshop on polymer clay jewelry facilitated by Marija Maneva, founder of Windmillshop Jewelry. By visiting this workshop, participants will learn both the entire process of making polymer clay jewelry - earrings, rings, brooches and other fashion accessories, and also how to start selling their products, what it takes to design a brand and the basics for online marketing.
The number of participants is limited so everyone above 18 years is encouraged to apply through email or Facebook as soon as possible.
